Restorative Yoga with Amber Payne Hepp - March 14, 9:30 AM
Join Amber as you create space to rest and connect with your breath and body. You will explore gentle, mindful movement to bring awareness to the body and you will be invited to settle and explore stillness. All levels are welcome. Please bring 2-3 bed-sized pillows, 2 large towels, and a blanket.

Description of this class: Create space to rest and connect with your breath and body. Restorative yoga is a gentle style of yoga that uses props such as pillows and blankets to support postures that facilitate rest and relaxation. During this class, you will explore gentle, mindful movement to bring awareness to the body and then you will be invited to settle and explore stillness.
All levels are welcome. For this class you will need 2-3 pillows (about bed pillow size), 2 large towels, and a blanket to cover yourself. You are welcome to have any other props you would like to help support your practice nearby such as more blankets, eye pillow, sandbag, additional pillows, bolster, etc.
