Shana is a personal trainer, group fitness and spin instructor, and pre- and postnatal fitness specialist. She offers outdoor and Zoom classes nearly every day of the week, and leads Bootcamp to Benefit classes most Sundays on Zoom to raise money for and awareness of various awesome charities and causes. Her workouts leave you sweaty, smiling, and feeling stronger and more connected to your body, mind, and to those around you.
Andi is a fitness professional specializing in strength and conditioning, as well as MMA. She started her business, Train of Thought Fitness Inc. in December of 2011. Through training clients and herself she has witnessed the difference it makes to strengthen one’s mental fortitude. Andi trains her clients to feel empowered by changing their perspective of their capabilities, allowing them to become physically and mentally stronger.
Danya is a group fitness instructor, specializing in pre- and post-natal fitness, spin, and barre. Danya teaches for Fit4Two, as well as her own barre and bootcamp classes outdoors and on Zoom.
Danya brings her own personality and style to her classes, with the goal of you feeling welcome, included, and successful. She loves the community that fitness offers, so along with feeling confident and strong, you hopefully made some friends.
