This session is for all, and will focus on connection to breath and body - we'll hit the core and booty then have a little boogie! - followed by a closing mindfulness practice. Guaranteed good vibes after this one!
- Mar 08, 2022, 5:30 p.m. – 6:20 p.m.Zoom ClassThis adaptive fitness class is for anyone and everyone, no matter what our abilities or limitations may be! Grab a chair and get ready to feel the burn as we strengthen our cores, build full body endurance and improve our posture in a quick paced Zoom workout!
- Mar 08, 2022, 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. PSTZoom ClassA fun and energetic class. No equipment necessary. You will learn all the basics of Kickboxing and get a great sweat along the way.
- Mar 08, 2022, 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. PSTZoom ClassDesigned to help mothers reset and align after birth in a restorative, yet invigorating way. Wake up the deep core, recondition the pelvic floor, release stiffness, and strengthen. Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have clearance to exercise by their health care provider.
- Mar 08, 2022, 7:30 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. PSTIGTV LiveThis class will be on Instagram Live at www.instagram.com/drgenieveburley. A heat building yoga flow that will start from the floor and move into full body warming movements, standing poses and close with a short meditation. All levels welcome; modifications provided.

All you need is a mat and water. The hour will fly by as you sweat to a great all-women playlist!
