    Breath work, gentle movement and self massage. Qi Gong is one of the 4 branches of Chinese Medicine. It helps balance our physical, emotional and mental and spiritual energy! This all - levels practice is a great way to rejuvenate, release and heal ourselves!

    All Levels class. Bring gloves if you have. Wraps if you have. Learn everything you need to know in order to kick and punch a heavy bag. This cardio intensive class will push you with a combination of heavy bag work and body weight movements. Get ready to sweat and have fun doing it!

    A 45 minute heavy bag focused fitness class in a darkly lit room with pumping music. The emphasis will be on simple effective bag drills and body weight exercises. Expect to get a good sweat on, your heart rate up and your conditioning to improve. All Levels.

    Zoom Class
    A restorative Pilates inspired, low impact workout centred around building total body tone. We'll get into all of you bits & bobs to feel an overall body burn. This 40 min workout will leave you feeling lifted, supported & more supple.

    This Hatha flow class offers a trauma informed, gender-neutral, and body neutral approach to movement and strengthening practices. Starting with mindful breathing and gentle stretches, we will flow into aligned movement to relieve tension and cultivate strength through connection. Bring a yoga mat.
