Pilates - Core Plus More! with Talia Druker - March 9, 9:30 AM
This all-levels class requires no equipment or previous Pilates experience. It will be challenging but fun, with options to make exercises easier or harder depending on ability. Focus will be on balance, control and strengthening, mobilizing, and lengthening the muscles and joints of your body.

Talia is a pilates instructor and personal trainer. After many stressful years working in finance, Talia re-trained as a pilates teacher in both mat and studio pilates with Polestar Pilates and has been teaching for over 12 years. She has worked in many different studios, gyms and private homes in London England before moving back home to Vancouver in 2019. Talia’s goal is to make sure all of her clients love pilates as much as she does and aims to make her classes challenging, interesting and restorative.
