Yoga for Any Body. A gentle yoga class that is warm and welcoming for everyone. Sandy combines different yoga types (Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa) into her class with the goal of helping those who are afraid of yoga or who think they are too old. P.S. There will be dancing.
