Yoga for Any Body with Sandy Rogen - March 9, 12:00 PM

Sandy is now officially a senior citizen. She has been practicing yoga on and off for 45 years. She combines different yoga types (Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa) into her class with the goal of helping those who are afraid of yoga or who think they are too old. P.S. There will be dancing.
