Move with Kelsey in Yin & Yang Fitness: A fiery HIIT (high intensity interval training) class combined with passive and active recovery postures to provide a balance of heart pumping action (yang) and restorative recuperation (yin). All fitness levels welcome. Bodyweight only- no weights required.
