Yin - Healing through the Medicine Wheel with Malina Dawn - March 9, 7:30 PM
Join Malina for a slow and nourishing yin practice woven with Indigenous teachings on the medicine wheel. This practice is a great way to integrate and rest from intense movement and can provide a space for deeper healing, balancing and integration from stress.
