Lisa Yeates is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver who supports individuals to heal, reclaim and build meaning in their their lives in response to difficult life experiences, relationship challenges, occupational stress, the impacts of a loved ones substance use and stress and anxiety. Shana Alexander is a personal trainer, group fitness and mat Pilates instructor, and pre- and postnatal corrective exercise specialist. She does personal training and offers outdoor and Zoom classes nearly every day of the week. She is also the co-founder of Stronger Together Vancouver (organizers of Workout for Women's Day) and founder of Bootcamp to Benefit, a regularly offered virtual by-donation class that raises money for and awareness of awesome charities and causes; the Bootcamp to Benefit community has raised more than $71,000 since March 2020!
