Total Body Strength & Conditioning with Pam Aldridge - Thurs. March 3, 12:00 PM
A mix in tempo between slower strength movements (dumbells encouraged but not needed) and faster body weight conditioning is the name of the game for this intermediate level total body workout. Class will include a 10 minute warmup to get you ready for interval based sets (includes plyometrics).

When her dreams of playing in the Olympics were cut short from failing a fitness test with the Canadian Women’s Field Hockey team, Pam decided to walk into a boxing gym in Boston with the goal of never failing a fitness test again. Fast forward 9 years and the former competitive figure skater and NCAA Div 1 field hockey player can boast stamina as one of her most prized possessions.
What started as a hobby at The Ring in Allston, MA quickly became a passion as she continued pursuing the sport training at Peter Welch’s, George Foreman III’s Everybody Fights gym in South Boston and Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn NY.
In between a career change, Title Boxing Club approached Pam to start turning the passion into a side hustle. This began what was 2 years of teaching boxing classes on weekends while working full-time in Finance.
Upon her return to Vancouver, Pam kept up her training at All-City Athletics while teaching at another boutique fitness spot until she realized the dark lights, concrete walls, and mic were calling her name.
