Sunday Evening Unwind - Roll and Stretch with Carey Yuen - Sun. March 6, 7:30 PM
Finish the week with a little "you" time, as we breathe, roll, and stretch our way into a more free flowing state… and hopefully a good night’s sleep. Props needed: a mat Optional: a ball or two, sock, foam roller, or rolling pin. If none I will give you ways to release using your hands

Carey Yuen is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist and is certified in Fascia, Movement and Assessment. Carey balances her time between training clients and teaching Pre & Postnatal classes with Fit 4 Two. Her goal is to make movement feel good for everyone, by helping clients feel a connection to their body.
When Carey isn’t working, she’s spending time outdoors with her husband, Garson, her 6-year-old, Ellie, and her two dogs, Charlie & Lola. It’s highly likely that at least one of them will make a cameo during her class.
