Strong Women Lift (each other up)! with Jenn Farrell & Shelby Shukaliak
Join WWD coaches Jenn and Shelby (from previous years’ Cardio Dance Parties!) as they demystify weightlifting in a fun and super-supportive environment. This small-group (max. 10 students), 90-min. workshop will introduce you to the barbell deadlift, squat, and bench press. No experience is needed.

1) Battered Women's Support Services - provides education, advocacy, and support services to assist all women in its aim to work towards the elimination of gender-based violence.
2) Cause We Care Foundation - helps single mothers achieve economic security and wellbeing by supporting them through housing, childcare, education, employment, counselling, food security and essential supplies.
3) Dress for Success Vancouver - empowers women and gender-diverse individuals to achieve financial independence and personal success through full and fulfilling employment.
