All-level pilates class, no equipment or experience needed. It will be challenging but fun, with options to make exercises easier or harder depending on ability. Pilates works your ‘core’ and so much more; improving balance and control, strengthening and mobilizing your muscles.

Talia has been a pilates instructor since 2009. She teaches both studio and mat pilates. Talia has worked in many different studios, gyms and private homes over the years and with clients from all exercise backgrounds. Talia’s goal is to make sure all of her clients love pilates as much as she does and aims to make her classes challenging and interesting.
