About

I’m a meditation guide currently living in Vancouver, BC. When I graduated from high school I went straight into pre-pharmacy at the University of Winnipeg. After a couple of years, I realized I was more interested in learning about Eastern medicine than Western medicine. I took a break from university to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Greece with Yoga Alliance International. Since then, I have also completed a yin yoga training, a yoga nidra training, a pilates training and a 200-hour mindfulness meditation training. Eventually, I returned to university to complete my post-secondary education, and in 2017 I graduated with a diploma in Public Relations and Communications Management. I’m currently living in Vancouver, hosting online meditation classes and workshops and working with clients one-on-one. I am also back in school full-time to become a therapist.
