Shana Alexander is a personal trainer, group fitness and mat Pilates instructor, and pre- and postnatal corrective exercise specialist. She does personal training and offers outdoor and Zoom classes nearly every day of the week. This Saturday morning class at Tyee has been happening for almost 3 years and new faces are always welcomed with open arms! Join this wonderful community of Saturday sweat-ers and start your weekend feeling good!
