Outdoor Bootcamp Circuits with Carey Yuen
Start your Sunday with Bootcamp Circuits, outdoors at Beaconsfield Elementary. There will be a variety of stations set up to give you a full body workout - including cardio. Please bring water and a yoga mat. Come for the workout, stay for the connections. Class will run under cover if raining.
