Hello! My name is Asal Nikoopour, and I've been a Zumba instructor since 2017. I originally started taking Zumba in 2013 after having my first kid, and I immediately fell in love with the way I felt after EVERY class. After having my second child, Zumba helped me cope with my PPD. I felt so lost and missed how great that 'high' was after every class. I knew Zumba was the only thing that would help me survive the dark days I was dealing with....It REALLY saved my life. I got my licence in 2017 and have never felt better. I am so grateful to be able to share my passion with others. If you've never taken a Zumba class, come join me, you'll have a blast!
