Designed to help mothers reset and align after birth in a restorative, yet invigorating way. Wake up the deep core, recondition the pelvic floor, release stiffness, and strengthen. Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have clearance to exercise by their health care provider.

They offer in person and online training. Jen is a Clinical, Prenatal, and Postpartum Pilates Trainer, and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
