Join this action packed hour of kickboxing and conditioning with Coach Andi Davis! Whether you have experience kickboxing or you haven’t a clue, this class is for you! Technique will be broken down in a fun and easy way. No equipment needed, just a towel, water and an optional mat for stretching.

Andi has been running her company Train of Thought Fitness since 2012. She has experience in Boxing and Kickboxing. She has fought in a ring as well as earned her level 2 in Krav Maga. She loves nothing more than to bring the art of martial arts to everyone that is interested. There is something truly transformative when it comes to learning boxing or kickboxing. Your mental and physical state of mind completely changes in the best ways possible!
