K-HIIT w/ Meghan Melissis
Kommunity’s high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts will have you exerting maximum energy for short intervals followed by brief periods of recovery. Our HIIT workouts include both cardio like jumping jacks and strength training like squats and weight lifting.

To Donate and Register

Book your spot in the class by contacting Kommunity via email yaletown@kommunityfitness.com or phone at 604-481-1296 with your first & last name.
STEP 3
Donate (min. $25) either by:
- Calling the studio ahead of time at 604-481-1296
- Paying in person at the class with a credit card, debit or cash.
STEP 4
Please arrive at least 15 min early to make your donation, ensure amply time to get situated, and have a proper introduction to the space with the instructor.
