About

This class is inclusive so whether or not you use mobility aids, you can join and will still get a great wokout! The workout will be a full body resistance training sequence that incorporates stretching, balance and proprioception, strength, functional core and a bit of cardiovascular training!   Megan is a certified personal trainer through the Academy of Sports Medicine and the head coach at Ocean Rehab and Fitness. She offers adaptive training for those that live with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. Megan offers in person sessions in Vancouver as well as online across the globe.
