Hello! My name is  Asal Nikoopour, and I've been a Zumba instructor since 2017. I originally started taking Zumba in 2013  after having my first kid, and I immediately fell in love with the way I felt after EVERY class.  After having my second child, Zumba helped me cope with my PPD. I felt so lost and missed how great that 'high' was after every class. I knew Zumba was the only thing that would help me survive the dark days I was dealing with....It REALLY saved my life. I got my licence in 2017 and have never felt better. I am so grateful to be able to share my passion with others. If you've never taken a Zumba class, come join me, you'll have a blast!   I'm full of energy and I GUARANTEE during that 1 hour, you will: Smile, sing along to the music, and shine like a diamond (aka sweat!) Check out her classes at asal604.zumba.com/.

When the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of AWESOME each time you leave class. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
