STEP 1 - DONATE
This class is by donation to YWCA Crabtree Corner Housing Community, which provides 12 units of supportive transitional housing for pregnant and parenting women, based on a harm reduction model. Residents have access to wraparound supports, including parenting programs, peer support groups for women who have experienced violence, free child care, a community kitchen, Indigenous programming and a wellness worker, all designed to help families thrive.
The suggested minimum donation is $25/class, but feel free to donate more!

Registration can be done over the phone by calling 604 895 5777, in person at the YWCA Health + Fitness Centre , or via the App if you are already a member. Please us the complimentary access code WDFREE when signing up.
