Hatha Flow with Bella R. (indoors), followed by Tea Ceremony with Lillian Li
This Hatha flow class offers a trauma informed, gender-neutral, and body neutral approach to movement and strengthening practices. Starting with mindful breathing and gentle stretches, we will flow into aligned movement to relieve tension and cultivate strength through connection. Bring a yoga mat.
