Feel-Good Flow with Allyson Epp - March 12, 5:30 PM

Let's breathe, play, connect, and feel good in our bodies! This Blissology-inspired yoga class will explore movements and shapes to improve mobility and balance, unblock areas of tension, and invite more bliss into our day. All you need is a yoga mat or carpet and a yoga block or pillow.

Allyson Epp (allysonepp.com) is a Health & Physical Education teacher, yoga instructor, and outdoor enthusiast. She has a Bsc in Kinesiology with a concentration in active health & rehabilitation, and a BEd with a diploma in Outdoor & Environmental Education. With a background in sport, martial arts and fitness, Allyson utilizes a variety of types of movement to inspire wellness and self care practices in adults and youth. Allyson discovered yoga in her teens as a great way to maintain emotional well-being, and improve mobility and performance. In 2017, she became 200 hour yoga certified teacher and has since been teaching classes in person and online to adults and children. Allyson currently teaches yoga online on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm PST on Zoom (email epp.allyson@gmail.com for the details).
