Cardio Barre with Danya Rogen - Wed. March 2, 12:00 PM
This will combine elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates, sprinkled with some cardio. You will need a mat and chair.

Danya is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specializing in pre- and post-natal fitness, spin, and barre. Danya teaches for Fit4Two, as well as her own barre and bootcamp classes outdoors and on Zoom.
Danya brings her own personality and style to her classes, with the goal of you feeling welcome, included, and successful. She loves the community that fitness offers, so along with feeling confident and strong, you hopefully made some friends.
