Join Kim Vopni The Vagina Coach (https://www.vaginacoach.com/) for this full body, pelvic floor focused workout that will fire up your core and help you access your Kegel Mojo! Like other parts of the body, the pelvic floor enjoys movements that help lengthen the muscles and release tension as well as activating exercises that strengthen and build endurance. This class will help you learn Kim's 3C approach to pelvic floor fitness. You will learn how to do a kegel CORRECTLY. You will then learn how to COORDINATE them into movement and finally, she will share tips on how you can ensure you exercise your pelvic floor CONSISTENTLY. The class will start with some gentle stretches to free up tension around the pelvis. Next you will connect with your pelvic floor and finally learn how to do a kegel. From there you will be guided into a full body workout that incorporates your kegels and finally you will end with some additional release work. You will feel connected, strong and supple! A stability ball, a yoga mat, and a small squishy ball or pillow are all you need.
