Boxing - Signature 8-Count F.I.I.T class with Sasha Walker
A 45 minute heavy bag focused fitness class in a darkly lit room with pumping music. The emphasis will be on simple effective bag drills and body weight exercises. Expect to get a good sweat on, your heart rate up and your conditioning to improve. All Levels.
