Boxing & Fitness with Anna Farrant - March 9, 5:30 PM
A perfect blend of shadow boxing & body weight exercises. Open to all skill levels of boxing! No equipment needed (yoga mat if you have one) and expect to sweat. Class will be high intensity but will always offer modifications when needed.
