For this class you will be sweating non stop and get a full body workout. We will learn real boxing technique and shadow boxing drills in combination with higher rep Dumbbell work at the end. I will be using 2 dumbbells and my body weight and a mat. I will provide options if you’re not using dumbbells.
Jana is a functional strength & conditioning coach, USA Boxing Coach certified, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Boxing fitness trainer with personal fight experience and training athletes. She is a coach for Seconds Out Boxing (Empire Boxing’s sister company), an online boxing and class tutorial program. She is also a personal trainer and coaches full time at House Concepts.
