Shana Alexander is a personal trainer, group fitness and mat Pilates instructor, and pre- and postnatal corrective exercise specialist. She does personal training and offers outdoor and Zoom classes nearly every day of the week. She is also the co-founder of Stronger Together Vancouver (organizers of Workout for Women's Day) and founder of Bootcamp to Benefit, a regularly offered virtual by-donation class that raises money for and awareness of awesome charities and causes; the Bootcamp to Benefit community has raised more than $71,000 since March 2020!
