Come and move your body with other BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Colour) fam during this 60 minute full body strength and cardio workout! Modifications available for every level, and working at your own pace is highly encouraged. All you need is a set of dumbbells in the 2-5lb range, or soup cans if you don't have any workout gear. This is a fat positive, queer and trans affirming, anti-racist space. Participants must be able to bend knees to a moderate degree and be able to perform hip hinges. Some getting up and down from the ground during the session will be required as well.
