More About This Class:

Using the Merrithew V2 Max, we’ll explore alignment, control, and stability while learning the language of your body and the beat of the Reformer. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your roots, Begin builds the foundation for strength, balance, and embodied confidence - one mindful (and musical) movement at a time.

Best suited for: ALL levels. Perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, and pre & postnatal clients seeking grounded, supportive, and inclusive instruction. We offer two sizes of machines in our ALL Reformer classes: Extended Carriage and Regular Carriage. Our three Extended Carriages (identified on your spot selection with 'Ext') offer priority to humans taller than 5 feet 9 inches or those wishing a little extra space on the carriage. Please note, these can be utilized by ALL humans, we just hold priority for those needing a little extra length.

Registration will be available soon for this class.

All money raised will be donated by ALL Method to this year's WWD charities:

1) Downtown Eastside Women's Centre

2) KidSport Vancouver - Girls' Programming

3) YWCA Crabtree Corner Housing Community
