More on the class:

Aerial Yoga is a Yoga-based all-levels class that incorporates a suspended hammock. The hanging fabric is a fantastic apparatus to facilitate deeper stretches eliminating pressure points and restrictions from the using hard surfaces. The inversions decompress the spine and increase circulation benefiting both your brain and your skin. Aerial Hammock Stretch is good for all levels and instructors will offer alternatives to inversions if one is not comfortable. The fabric can be 'pinchy' the first few times until you gain the strength to hold yourself rather than hanging in the fabric.

We do suggest you wear longer pants as well as a longer shirt that covers the arm pits. Clothing should be form fitting. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We offer fresh cold filtered water but do not offer single use cups. You must register a spot as it is one person per hammock.
