The Workout for Women's Day 2024 schedule will be released here on February 20th. Classes will run March 2-8 in support of:
1) BabyGoRound - to buy much-needed breast pumps for families in need.
2) Mavis McMullen Housing Society - to build a safe playground and outdoor space at their (women and children only) housing complex in the Downtown Eastside.
3) Rise Women's Legal Centre - to provide pro-bono legal services for women who are economically disadvantaged, and people seeking protection from family violence.
Workout for Women's Day is a coming together of local movement studios and instructors around International Women's Day to offer public and private (corporate) classes for charities that support girls, women, and other marginalized genders. This grassroots, volunteer driven campaign has raised more than $145,000 in 5 years since it began in 2019!

There are so many ways for you to support these organizations through Workout for Women’s Day!
1) Join the many by-donation classes, happening the week of March 2-8. Stay tuned for the schedule release on February 20th.
2) Engage your workplace in celebration and honour of International Women's Day! Check out the Corporate Giving & Engagement Package, that includes sponsorship details, and ways you can include your staff, such as booking a private class.
3) Got swag? We love to shower participants and instructors (who donate their time) with goodies, snacks, draw prizes, etc! Reach out to contribute.
