This is designed for new runners, pre/postpartum, those returning to a run program following an injury, etc. Intervals alternate between walking and light jogs.Intro to Run:
Don't be scared off by the name! You are in control of your own pace, I am here just to help nudge you along. Intervals range from light jog to short bursts of a sprint.Sprint 20 min:
