There are two 20-minute audio guided runs to choose from:

This is designed for new runners, pre/postpartum, those returning to a run program following an injury, etc.  Intervals alternate between walking and light jogs.Intro to Run:

 Don't be scared off by the name! You are in control of your own pace, I am here just to help nudge you along.  Intervals range from light jog to short bursts of a sprint.Sprint 20 min:

By signing up for this, you will be emailed a link to both runs on March 6th. These links will be valid from March 7-10, 2021. Plug in your headphones and hit the pavement!
